By downloading, accessing, or using the Shakendo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms govern your use of Shakendo, a task and reward management app designed for families. Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
A “Primary Account” refers to the main account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. A “Child Profile” or “Child User” refers to a supervised sub-account created and controlled entirely by the Primary Account Holder. Children cannot create accounts independently and may only access the App under the supervision of the Primary Account Holder.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account and manage child profiles within the App.
If you are under the age of 18 (a "minor"), you may only use the App under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a child to use the App, the parent or legal guardian agrees to be fully responsible for:
Child profiles cannot be created without the consent and direct action of a parent or legal guardian. The Primary Account Holder is fully responsible for the child’s use of the App and any information submitted through the child profile.

Shakendo does not assume responsibility for misuse of the App by children, for actions taken under a child profile, or for any content submitted through such profiles. The Primary Account Holder is solely responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and managing all content and activity associated with child profiles.
You agree to use Shakendo only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms or misuse the app’s features.
You may delete your account at any time through the parent app interface.
All content, design, and functionality within Shakendo is the intellectual property of Fedorchuk Oksana or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any specific features, functionality, or content, and we may introduce changes without prior notice.
Shakendo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
Shakendo provides motivational and organizational tools for families. It does not provide professional parenting, psychological, educational, or legal advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
