1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Shakendo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms govern your use of Shakendo, a task and reward management app designed for families. Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account and manage child profiles within the App.

If you are under the age of 18 (a "minor"), you may only use the App under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a child to use the App, the parent or legal guardian agrees to be fully responsible for:

• Registering and managing the child's account
• All activities performed within the App by the child
• Ensuring safe and appropriate use of the App

3. Account Responsibility

Parents or guardians are solely responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining child profiles
• Monitoring app usage and actions performed by their children
• Managing and revoking access to the child app as needed

Shakendo does not assume any responsibility for misuse of the app by children or for actions taken under a child account.

4. App Usage Guidelines

You agree to use Shakendo only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Misuse the app in a way that may harm other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the app’s services
• Share login credentials or impersonate another person

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms or misuse the app’s features.

You may delete your account at any time through the parent app interface.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality within Shakendo is the intellectual property of Fedorchuk Oksana or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Shakendo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
